How do I go about renting an inflatable moonwalk from you?

Our customers have multiple options when renting a moonwalk from us. The fastest and easiest method of renting an inflatable bounce house, water slide or slip n slide is by ordering online. All of the inflatables on our website have a "Add to Cart" button placed next to the image of the rental. Just click the button on the party rental of your choice and it will take you the order page where you can check out, or order more items.

Alternatively, you can give us a call at the business phone number placed in the top-right corner of every page on the website, this number accepts both calls and text messages. If you wish to email us, please use the contact form placed on the contact page of the website. We try and respond to all emails within 2 hours.

How long can I keep the moonwalk or other rentals?

The standard length of a party rental is 4 hours, however we realize that each party or event is different so we will be as flexible as possible when working with you and your schedule.

Does Austin Metro Moonwalks require a deposit?

Yes, we do require a 25% non-refundable deposit on all party rentals in order to reserve the unit for you.

Deposits can be paid by renting the inflatable bounce house or water slide rental through our online party event rental reservation system. If you order over the phone, we will require credit card information to reserve the unit and pay the deposit. Once the deposit is paid it will be deducted from the total amount due You can choose to pay only the deposit when booking your party or in full with a credit or debit card. Any unpaid amount will be due in cash upon delivery.

How far in advance can I reserve an inflatable moonwalk or waterslide?

You can reserve an inflatable as early as you like. Most of the time we will have an inflatable available for your event or party, even when the party rental is booked at the last minute. The earlier that a party rental reservation is made, the better your chances are of us having that inflatable available at the time of your party. If you have a specific item in mind, we ask that you call us as soon as you know the date of your event. Times can always be adjusted accordingly at a later date. We will do our best to work with you if it's a last minute request, but we prefer as much of an advance notice as possible.

How does delivery and setup of our inflatable moonwalk work?

Austin Metro Moonwalks is a full-service inflatable party rental company. When we arrive to drop off your inflatable moonwalk or waterslide, we do all of the work for you. We will only ask that you give us a tour of the backyard, or the area that you wanted the party rental(s) setup at, so that we can determine if it's a suitable location.

How does Austin Metro Moonwalks handle inclement weather conditions?

If the weather is not ideal on the day of your Austin moonwalk party rental we will gladly work with you to reschedule your party with no cost or penalty. The deposit credit is good for up to one year. In the event that the moonwalk or party rental is already delivered, no rain checks or refunds will be given.

Does Austin Metro Moonwalks regularly clean, maintain, and disinfect their inflatables?

Yes, we do. Austin Metro Moonwalks cleans their rentals after every use. We use a commercial grade cleaner, sanitizer, virucide, and anti-bacterial solution. We first inspect the unit to ensure there is no damage to the moonwalk, or any other party rental, that may cause a safety concern. After inspecting the unit we then clean it and prep the party rental for the next customer.

Do I need to provide anything or do anything special when expecting my party rental?

Should you rent one of our inflatables for a wet party you must provide a water hose long enough in length to reach the setup area of the inflatable. We keep a few hoses available for last minute situations, where one may not be available but we do not reserve or hold any in advance as ours are used on a first come, first need basis. Austin Metro Moonwalks is not responsible, nor will refund a party for a water unit that does not have proper hose availability, once the delivery has arrived.

When we arrive to deliver the inflatable moonwalk, the delivery driver will need to know where you would like to set the unit up at and they will need to know the location of the nearest electrical outlet. We will provide and setup all necessary equipment to allow the inflatable to be operational. Our blowers will need to be setup within 100ft of a designated, grounded, 3-prong, 11v, 20amp, standard electrical outlet. It is also advised that you contact your local utility company a few days before we come out to survey & mark your utility lines before we stake our inflatables to the ground. Moonwalks require stakes that are 18" long and 1/2" in diameter.
